Pros
Huge opportunities for growth and working on a variety of clients. There are opportunities for exposure to a huge variety of industries and types of audits. Overall, the firm has pretty good benefits. I feel very appreciated and listened to. The potential for you to become a leader in the firm is great, you just have to make it known.
Cons
Some managers can have unrealistic expectations and provide insufficient guidance to meet those expectations; however, this has not been the norm in my experience.
