Average pay and benefits. Free work environment as is you are able to work in the methods that work best for you. Not a lot of micromanagement.
Cons
I lot of folks talk up the "culture" in this company and you see a lot of that in the positive reviews here in Glassdoor. Now that I am out of the company I come to realize that it was not quite all there. I felt like I was drinking the Kool-Aid if you will. You here something enough time and you start to believe it. Whitlock has this motto, "Become number one by putting the customers first". Now I believe that we were all trying to do that very thing but, it was a mistake. If you dont put your employees first then they are not so happy. And when your employees aren't happy, ain't nobody happy.
