2 kegs on tap, jumbo tron, a pool table that go unused because, frankly, we're committed and engaged in our work. East Coast hours (6:30-3:30) so we get off to go play. Free driver service in case happy hour takes two hours.
Cons
The bosses are relentless, the databases are built in-house, powerful but clunky.

Well a lot has changed in the nearly five years since this was written! Out are the kegs and pool and ping-pong table (sadly the ping pong table is much missed, but we are growing and we needed the space). We've evolved since the start-up years and while we still provide snacks and beverages in our full kitchen, these days its Costco snacks and fruit and on tap is Kombucha and cold-brew coffee. We still have the occasional champagne celebration to commemorate our achievements but these days we're much more interested in building out video channel, our website, and saving the Uber rides for conferences and visits to our clients. The database (Hot Pocket) is indeed still a bit clunky.
This company hires individuals heavily by their personality, that being said, the culture is very healthy and your peers/managers are always at your back to make sure you're as successful as possible. Additionally, you work hard and are rewarded - given how small of a company it still is, you are well taken care of. Fantastic benefits and fun team-building activities once a year.
Cons
Could use more structure, but they are still growing.
Everything else. Toxic management, petty and mean dynamics, unprofessional boarding on inappropriate, no transparency, and bad recruitment practices. Truly terrible as an employer and an agency. If I could rate it 0 stars I would
