Working directly with clients was a phenomenal experience. Independent work was a plus. Being on the road meant I did not have to directly interact with the office staff and administration.

Chaotic company culture. Management by fear was main focus. Lack of connection/communication in the company made it difficult while on the road. Tough to balance work/family when traveling during the week.
