This place it one of the worst places I've ever encountered. Management think it's a military camp, they make promising of progression and training but really it's a man's world. The company is really struggling financially and making people redundant constantly. They have no concerns for people and don't care about their employees at all. The place is outdated and not flexible for working parents. Constantly changing people's working days and hours and PAY. 5 times in the last two years is ridiculous. The place is going under and I think people are in massive danger of lossing their jobs.

They back good people and offer routes for development.

Although changing now, historical reluctant to invest has left some depts lacking in numbers and playing catch up
