My experience at Whizz HR was quite challenging. The management lacked organization and professionalism, often leaving employees uninformed about key decisions. Training opportunities were minimal, and there was little support for professional growth. The work environment felt toxic, characterized by favoritism and a lack of respect for staff. Communication was inadequate, and feedback often went unacknowledged. Overall, it was a stressful and discouraging workplace, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a positive employment experience. Also inadequate operational procedures or working principles makes to bypass shortcuts with wrong results all the time.
