- We get to travel the world and meet amazing new people constantly! - The best people you could imagine working with. The team is super understanding, kind, and just overall amazing people. - The schedule is flexible.

- It can be a lot of work - Wish I could see our amazing team in person more often!

- Super supportive of your mental health, personal growth and freedom - Allow you towork on any timezone - Bunch of perks like weekend trip allowances, free audible, a yearly personal growth budget, and of course your flights and accommodations are covered when you're working on location - you are genuinely encouraged to be honest and challenge decisions - the relationship you have with WiFi Tribe members is amazing. Again, you're encourage to be genuinely friends with the members and not put on a fake personality.

- you are still expected to work a ton ! - Although they try to be better about it, depending on which timezones you're on the concept of 9-5 is not always achievable. - you rarely get to see other members of staff because everyone's always in different countries, which is fine if you love your independence but definitely don't expect to go to happy hour with your colleagues after work... although they do have team retreats every once in a while
