Pros
This once was a great school to work for. Good values, happy employees, teachers that care. Employees that would go the extra mile to help each other or the students.
Cons
The new CEO has created a toxic environment with revolving door turnover. She is rude and verbally abusive to employees. Employees are demoralized and have no sense of pride in their work. The school has lost hundreds of students because of new management. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
