One of the most dysfunctional law firms I’ve ever worked for. The shareholders are constantly at each other’s throat and backstabbing one another. The workload is unimaginable. If you don’t buck up and handle your 100+ active cases, you are out. You are expected to work 7 days a week, holidays, and during vacation. The morale of the staff is very low. Management is extremely ineffective and borderline abusive.
