Pros

They have full benefits. It's actually a 35 hour work week bc your lunch hour is paid and total time there is 8 hours. The company is well known in the legal community so it looks good on your resume.

Cons

The pay is very low. There aren't enough employees to handle the work load so instead of hiring more attorneys and staff, they pile it on existing employees and expect great results without compensation. There is definitely a sweatshop feel to the administration department. The work environment is unprofessional in the sense that bullying is tolerated in certain departments. There is little to no room for advancement in this firm if you are staff. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a long-term healthy career.
