- Schedule is posted a month in advance.
- Easy to get request and get time off as long as submitted 1-2 weeks in advance.
- Depending on how well you do you can get more hours.
- Great if you are going to school or need something temporary that pays decent for what it is.
- Coworkers are nice.
- Learn a good bit about security.
- Raise after first 90-days, another raise when you reach your year point. Raises every year if you can manage to tolerate the job enough to stay.
Cons
- No benefits regardless of part or full time employment.
- Night schedule work (4:30pm to 2/3:30am or 7-9pm to 5:15-5:30am).
- No employee has stayed longer then 1-2 years.
- If you can't multi-task, this is not the job for you.
- Will likely be dealing with rude residents or property managers for CFS.
- No growth.
