-Extremely sink or swim -Not friendly to juniors -No sense of team -No onboarding, or setting expectations. -It's cultish / in love with it's own success. -Navigating the culture feels like 70% of the work -Someone once told me "We like to push our creatives to the breaking point mentally, and then some. That's how you get the good stuff out of them." -The Portland office has main character syndrome, and doesn't realize that it needs to get it's act together and be a more functional office. -Is afraid of legitimate diversity
