Pros
Joined the company in 2005 as a Manager Trainee, following the service. Wiers invests in their staff and I've been able to grow with the company. When I started we had just 3 locations in 1 state and now operate in 7 states serving 14 unique markets. Family like culture with a focus on accountability.
Cons
If you are lazy, lie, cheat, steal, don't take pride in your work, are disorganized, messy, can't communicate your ideas clearly, and can't get your job done, Wiers will not be a good fit for you.
