Highly intimidating,toxic and suffocating work environment. Humiliation at work by the Management. Salaries get delayed. Salaries are paid in between 11th to 12th of very month. Biased attitude & Favouritism at work place. Management biased towards only one old employee and his tutored colleagues. Appeasement Politics by the Management. No Diversity and Inclusion at workplace. Majority of employees belong to one particular geography which leads to regional favouritism and politics in workplace. High decibel & rustic Work Culture. Micro Management/Policing. Unhealthy Working Condition. No Ventilation and sunrays penetration at the Office which is having a Residential Layout.Employees are asked to use dilapidated Washrooms.
