      Pros

      Fully remote, offers a lot of flexibility. Team-oriented, collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Managing Partner stresses agility and continuous improvement, and he really walks the walk. Managing Partner and #2 really try to mentor junior staff. Open dialog and honest feedback are encouraged. Competitive pay rates.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of full-time opportunities or room for career growth. Part-time hours are dependent on the business cycle.
