Weekly lunches and cool looking office space

Constantly being asked to do too many things. The management not only asks to do what is required of the job but also to walk the owners dog while on tight deadlines while also getting talked to about missing meetings because of having to take care of someone’s pet. No matter the hard work and long hours put in, it was never enough. Employees are yelled at by upper management and then called out for having bad attitudes after being berated. Workers are constantly on the verge of major mental breakdowns and when they told HR of their struggles with management it went unanswered. Salaries are far lower than what is requested of employees to undertake with months long blackout it dates and feeling shamed for taking time off.

Wild gravity has a large office space and good computers.

Wild gravity managed to assemble a team of incredibly talented and hardworking artists over the years. Unfortunately, the senior leadership is hostile towards their employees. They are aggressive and manipulative to keep their employees in line. They refuse to listen to employees about staffing needs, regularly assigning responsibilities far outside original job descriptions. There are large discrepancies in salaries but they maintain a aura of secrecy to hide that fact, including forbidding certain coworkers to interact during work hours and threatening to fire employees for speaking up or asking questions. They routinely enter "crunch time" where they remove employees ability to schedule time off and expect late nights and weekend work indefinitely.
