Pros
- awesome team and coworkers - work at home (never worked in office) - some ppl were really kind and helpful - only 2 was good at their job, giving clear notes/instructions (I’m very thankful, it makes my work easier) I still recommend, even after all the bad, there are still good-hearted people.
Cons
- only 5 paid days off - little to no growths/promotion - dental benefits cap at 80% - wish it was 100% - it’s always pizza… - in office vending machines are not cheap/free - notes from clients were so much and messy (sometimes not straightforward at all, they put all the convo and questions they have in it & never answer them) - overworked sometimes, hate when you do OT - 1 person shouted at me and treated me like a kid at a rooftop party. Felt so uncomfortable and humiliated. Unfortunately don’t know her name. I was so scared to tell someone in case if I lost my job.. I never attended to one again after :( - asked for equipment and received a broken chair and lumbar 🙃(you guys don’t check quality before delivering it to someone?)
