Statup company good for freshers learning

Salary hike not appropriate no proper hikes who realy works for company

For java developer or backend developer it is very good company to join because the ceo of the company has same background and have almost 15 years of experience in Backend development. They use good java framework for developing the API's like hibernate spring boot etc.

As a Front-End Developer if you are not getting any opportunity then for getting corporate experience and if don't want waste you time simply sitting. Then you can join but they use very old technology for Front-End like Primefaces which is java UI library. Which almost not used by most company and if you are lucky enough than may be you will get some project based on latest Front-End Technologies like React js or Angular js.
