      -Exciting, emerging brands to work on -you can tap into the network and meet some smart, cool people

      Cons

      -No clear promotional track -limited resources in keeping yourself knowledgable -Can be top heavy & coupled with layoffs across the junior level, anyone mid-senior, managerial level will be roll stretching A LOT
