This company wields some of the most knowledgeable, experienced and hard-working professionals in the industry. Management cares about the team and appreciates commitment. There is almost always an opportunity for work including overtime. There is a lot of room for growth and professional development.

This industry is very demanding and time management becomes extremely important to maintain a work / life balance. This is the closest thing to a con that I can muster.
