Interesting and varied workload and client base. High level of trust and responsibility given to staff with good day-to-day support from senior staff members. Close guidance and support with professional development and journey towards ICE accreditations. Cycle to work scheme and on site shower facilities make for flexible commuting. Flexible working hours allow for ad-hoc adjustments to the working week contributing to a good work/life balance.

Fairly limited on-site parking however not an issue for commuting by bike.
