- Great varied work load. Each project is often different from the last. - Good training scheme with the ICE. - With the responsibility given it is easy to provide evidence for all the ICE attributes. - Lots of support within the office. Easy to communicate with directors who are sat with us in the office. - Good job security as the majority of work is through local authorities and rail - Flexible working hours with early leave on Fridays - Cycle to work scheme with changing rooms and showers.

- Manchester office is not in the city centre but commuting is easier

Great variety of projects and work available. Good support towards chartership with internal progression available. Very friendly staff with good social events within teams and for the whole company.

Stockport office is an older building but it is undergoing refurbishment works.
