Lack of interest in the school from executive management

The pay is great, but doesn't excuse the amount crap we go through.

Administration could not care less about any of the staff. Staff could get hurt and the admin do not check in. Have to yell for them to even show up but aren't concerned about the physical or mental well being of the staff or students. No one to check in. Not enough staff vs the amount of call outs. The mental and physical trauma we get takes it's toll and no one understands that. Rarely do we get a full week of getting lunches/breaks. Wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy.
