Pros

No pros to for this company they do everything wrong the CEO of this company has no idea who he has working form them everyone is a number or numbers. Put up or shut up John you have told so many lies I doubt you can remember them all. Here is some good advice from the great Mark Twain "Don't lie because you will never have anything to remember" One for the road appreciate the people you have show them some respect and by all means pay them. They are the engine that keep this company moving and every time you screw someone you make it that much harder to get new people to come work for you. WAKE UP !!

Cons

They believe they have a solid network, its a solid as wet tissue paper. The bottom line is they violate every rule when it comes to paying their employee's. You can't put a bonus program in place that can be measured with timelines and then not pay your employee's in a timely manner. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW.

Pros

Had some decent people trying to provide quality service and take care of customers in spite of C-Level greed and desperation.

Cons

Customers hit with routine rate increases that impacted the most loyal customers who were with them for years and hit hardest by rate increases. Frequent lengthy service outages including outages resulting from WiLine non-payment to underlying service providers. Desperation from greedy C-Level folks who found themselves having to cover revenue loss from long-term customers who were on auto pay, and then started asking why their bills were more than double the original contracted rate.
