      Employee that work her have a heart to serve the community and its a blessing to see how much good work we do everyday.

      Cons

      If you don't have servant heart to work with people it maybe a hard place to work.

      Pros

      Retirement plan is excellent. You are vested at 10 years.

      Cons

      It would be hard to hang in there 10 years. The scheduling isn't flexible, and its hard to move up even with education and experience.
