Work from anywhere, cross cultural collaboration, fast paced tech start up.

No organization or accountability, stagnant leadership that refuses to listen to the knowledge of their staff, a developers dream but shared services nightmare. Changed business model without a strategy and then blamed employees for lack of vision. It was great until the realization of how disposable everyone except the founders are including HR. HR was eliminated with the last round of lay offs which opened the door for a very toxic work environment. The company is cleary on it's last leg and it is no surprise that there are currently no open roles.

The product and creators using it are really cool and modern. It solves a problem for users and makes you happy every day to make a positive difference in someone's life.

It is a scale up and has all the regular challenges a company faces during that growth stage.
