Pros
Good employee benefits eg sharesave, travel expenses paid. Good for progression. Good training.
Cons
Terrible management, little communication, constant pressure of mystery shoppers/AV's, terrible staffing, minimum wage for what is actually quite a dangerous job, horrible hours, 14 hour shifts, can be very cliquey, will never get a weekend off.
