The field workers are the heart of the company. The retreats were the best & gave back to employees.
Cons
Upper management has definitely got worse. No communication, bad project management, this is not the military, employees who have worked 20 years are leaving this company. This company doesn't recruit within the company. WHY? Its SADLY to see this going on. The company has gone down hill. William Lyons were known for a great company to work for & they build quality homes cause they cared.
