Pros
Williams provides outstanding benefits such as health care, pension, retirement plans, health and wellness, tuition reimbursement, training opportunities, etc. It also allows and promotes community service and charity donations, but does not demand participation. The employees are very easy going and make it a pleasant work environment. Managers care about your success and work with you to find the best fit for your skill set.
Cons
In my short time with Williams, there consistently seems to be a lot of corporate restructuring that causes confusion and uncertainty.
