      Pros

      Great office location, semi-flexible hours, professional, many people are hard working and really know their jobs well!

      Cons

      Management has their favorites and promote them faster than believable, HR must not be watching. The old Transco people that still work at the company barely work at all, mostly play games, go to lunch and take off on Fridays!

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
