Nothing really, maybe higher pay but thats always wanted by everyone at any job.

(recently company was bought by RRD) Benefits have been slashed (barely match anything for 401k) Medical became worse and more expensive Poor communication with management Doesn't offer the tools we need to succeed and make client happy (they won't pay for us to have updated software tools)
