toxic environment with too much micro managing. management have clear favourites and are not afraid to show it, they look down on you. also as you are working externally for companies, you do not have the same benefits. i.e the company i was working at as a contractor, we had to be in the office 5 days a week despite employees of the company being hybrid. what makes it even more confusing is that despite as a contractor having to be there 5 days a week, management and their favourites had the option to work remotely, which makes no sense. zero career growth and they did not want to aid development. completely horrible, hostile environment
