My boss and upper management are amazing. They really care about developing their staff and training them to the best of their ability. They will always lend a helping hand if you are stuck or need a second pair of eyes on something. They even got me a birthday gift.

I wish they would promote the remote staff because they have a lot of potential leaders all across the country who could really make an impact to the entire floor
