Pros

We CARE about our clients and candidates. You are not just a "number" to us and you will never be treated as such! We take the time to build a rapport with our clients and candidates. We truly listen to all of our clients needs and go out and match their needs/culture with qualified individuals that seek the same career change/environment. I am treated with the utmost respect and am able to work independently on an everyday basis. The work-life balance here is phenomenal...Faith and Family come first!

Cons

It's a constant roller coaster... but that's Recruiting for ya!

Pros

Work life balance, professional development, understanding and hard working colleagues, passionate management, very protective of the culture that focuses on open dialogue and crucial conversations with everyone to drive business and relationships forwards. The business model is diverse and focuses on the client's needs. Pay is good.

Cons

No cons on my end--working for a company focused in HR means you're surrounded by HR professionals that care about how you're doing

Pros

The leadership takes the time to develop employees into the professional they are striving to be. Staff development comes in the form of support to join various industry associations, conference attendance, mentorships, and career guidance assistance to ensure that the employees are growing professionally to meet the goals of themselves and the company. The candidates, consultants, and organizations that Willory partners with see the dedication and focus that each employee demonstrates. Willory takes a unique approach to identify the needs of their clients/candidates and finds ways to ensure that both parties are better off for partnering with Willory. The company values are very important to each and every member of the team and demonstrated in the work each member does. These values...family and faith first, create a foundation and understanding within the business and I have yet to see a situation where leadership has contradicted these core values.

Cons

Not much to say here. Stressful at times but the successes and personal growth make it all worth it.
