Cons
The pay is horrible, management and regional became so cliquey after as a leasing agent , I ran the property alone with no experience , and self taught for almost a year, then sadly maintenance had to warn me they were plotting to get rid of me, 3 days after a performance review that was PERFECT, (Note though I’ve been to the VP, HR, and Regional about all issues I was having with management and eventually the regional .) I was fired for “not reaching work performance”. When asked why these things were brought up before, like at my most recent sit down review. It was simply said “ because we can”. I am now with a bigger company, making more money, being TRULY appreciated . Do NOT apply here .
