Fantastic culture, team, commitment to quality. One of the best companies in this industry - a leader. You will be proud to work here.

Cons

No real downsides. Lots of change right now with new ownership, but also lots of investment in the business and people. Building on our existing strengths and going in the right direction!

Pros

Only Pro is the location you’d be working in.

Cons

Way too many to list but I’ll give it a go. AWFUL management! From the community manager and up. No Human Resources to voice your concerns, no training & support, micromanagement, some staff’s directive are different from one person to the next in the same position. Upper management will sell you on a bill of goods and not deliver. An incredible lack of professionalism! Incredibly disrespectful and belittling. Unorganized. All this and no one to voice these concerns with. I strongly recommend not working for this company unless you’re in dire strays. If I could give this rating zero stars I would, or even a half star. Because a full star is embellishing.
