      -Co-workers are amazing, even if you don't get along with a few you will get along with many and those you don't like you wont be bothered by -Great networking opportunities -Fast-paced to keep you busy

      -Working outside in adverse weather conditions -Can get fired for no reason if upper management sees you as a 'threat'
