Pros

The Higher Relationships mind set means treating each relationship (internal and external) with intentional importance and personal interest. This mindset is seen from the top down in company management and is ingrained in the company culture. It's refreshing to be a part of such a culture.

Cons

Wilson & Company is a small company moving into the next phase of it's business development. This is an exciting time, but could be a bit scary.

Pros

A welcome environment that cares for their employees and ensures that people are able to have a work/life balance.

Cons

Even with a fully remote option, there are some states they won't allow a fully remote option.

Pros

During my time at the company, I worked alongside many talented and dedicated colleagues and had the chance to contribute to some meaningful projects. Certain teams fostered a genuinely collaborative environment, and there were moments where the work felt engaging and impactful. However, these positives were often overshadowed by a broader organizational culture that increasingly prioritized short-term profit and external appearance over employee satisfaction and development.

Cons

Over the past couple of years in particular, the company’s focus shifted toward handing out promotions and inflated job titles to a select few, rather than investing in the growth and well-being of the team as a whole. Professional development opportunities were limited, and support for career progression felt inconsistent at best. Leadership communication often lacked transparency, and strategic decisions appeared more reactive than forward-thinking. As a result, morale suffered, and many employees felt undervalued and overlooked.
