Any good work will be overlooked but the smallest mistake would result in action against you, you cannot work the normal contracted hours, you have to work extra hours; start early and finish late, if you only work your contracted hours this would result in action against you, everything you do, keep a written record, as things you have no control over or things that don't fall in your contract will come back as action against you. Not worth the trauma.
