      Remote work is very nice

      Cons

      Constantly “restructuring” and doing lay offs. No emails saying goodbye or remorse after mass lay offs. Don’t treat employees well and don’t pay well or give raises.

      Flexibility in work. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees. Pay is horrible. You get passed over for promotions when it is deserving. No remorse. Too many meetings.
