Pros

- Free coke - Work partners are really nice (Developers & QA employers)

Cons

Everything: - Workdays of 12 hours every week -No time to go to the bathroom(impossible to take a break, if you do it, the workday of 12 hours become a workday of 14 hours because you have to "recover" every second) - Noobie management(Non existant) - No employee plan to progress - No documentation - No salary progress -No visibility for a real "sprint progression" one day you have nothing to do the next one you must to make 16 hours to deploy a client's version(What a surprise!) - No stability because you come to work and in few hours they tell you that you are out - **Cheating on the employment contract: Contract contribution group not coherent with your social security contribution group** thats really bad!!. - Every day the entreprise confronts "really critical situations" and thats the reason of the 14 daily hours of course. - CTO's changes constantly (every 2 coffees) - Some managers are bullies (They threaten you with the stability of your position at the company) - Working as RRHH is like working in another entreprise, full benefits and full flexibility, if your are from the IT department you are a slave! - Mafia atmosphere, if you follow the management orders (like making free extra hours without getting paid)"Your are with us" if not "Your are against us" - Where's the -1 rating in glassdoor?

Pros

- Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

Cons

- Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
