      -Proyección internacional en grupo que es parte de un sector nicho. -Temas legales variados lo que permite salir de zona de confort y estar en contacto con distintos mercados. -Excelente equipo de trabajo con buen trato y que entiende del equilibrio entre vida personal y laboral. -Reconocimiento por desempeño.

      Cons

      -Dependiendo de donde vivas puede ser que la ubicación sea desventaja. Pero el complejo empresarial cuenta con lugar para aparcar, gym y cancha de Paddel.

      - Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      - Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
