Pros
Great transitional job. Typically friendly coworkers.
Cons
You will trauma-bond with your coworkers. The results-driven atmosphere tends to derail anyone looking to move forward in the company because of the top-down management. Supervisors tend to make promises they can't stand behind because the business strategy for calling leads suddenly changes in a week's time. Management tends to make snap decisions on work expectations to cover a 24-48 hour schedule fill, which affects employee's personal life schedules without notice. Discussing pay between coworkers will get you terminated, with the primary reason being that they will hire people for a set rate, and then a few months later, when they really need to increase staff, they will offer a higher amount to new hires. There are signs all over about No Negativity, yet the primary source of negativity and toxic work culture comes directly from management. Management is not receptive to other points of view because they are "a production-based company.".
