Pros
As many hours as you're willing to work. ESOP is a great retirement plan and can make you a millionaire if you stick with them for 20 years. Benefits are 80/20 co-pay insurance plan, free eye exam and dental cleaning annually/6 months (respectively).
Cons
Long hours are hard hours. Easy to pile up over 40 hours a week and still be called in for more work. Can tire you out.
