      Pros

      They have amazing benefits. Customer oriented company. Automatic ESOP benefits.

      Cons

      They do not accommodate a work/life balance atmosphere. They have unrealistic expectations for work hours for salaried employees. They also do not investigate allegations well, and have been know to terminate employees using the "at will " policy rather than an adequate investigation that supports the decisions.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
