      The benefits package is fantastic Coworkers are friendly and hardworking

      It is still a retail food job, so low starting pay and little respect from customers comes with the territory

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
