No work life balance - Store Manager WinCo Foods Employee Review

Upper Management are a bunch of self absorbed idiots that know less about business and people then they like to think. Just look at how our Esop has performed over the last few years as an example. They care nothing for the people who work for the company. The worst work life balance I have ever experienced in my entire working career.
