Pros
Honor requested days off sometimes, health care package is really great if you get enough hours.
Cons
Some of my co-workers on my shift were "Extremely rude" and downright hate life and anything in their path. This rudeness and inhumanity rubbed off on other workers and made for an extremely hostile and bitter environment to work in. I work for myself now and make 3 times the income as the average Winco worker in a POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
