Pros
Other coworkers that make work better. cant really think of to many pros. they can work around schedules sometimes. you also habe a 401k and if you can meet the hourly work requirements they do have good benefits but hard to get and easy to lose them if you dont get enough hours
Cons
Zero communication with bosses or atleast 50% with other employees. its a revolving door. workers are not trained longer than a few hours after that winco foods go by the swim or sink style work ethic. you eather make it or quiet. there is no accountability whats so ever there. workers are constantly told to do more than what they applied for. constant call outs because of higher ups. they dont fix schedules at all people can quite and be on the scheadule another week and they wont find covarage till that day, which means they tell another employee that works that day to also do the persons job that no longer works there. its a stepping stone.
