Pros

The job was pretty independent and straight forward as a product picker. It was a good workout with variable weight lifting ranging from 1 pound up to 70+ and alot of walking. All the people at the warehouse were very helpful, and answered any questions. The management was very accommodating from my experience there.

Cons

The expectations for metrics seem to be very high and very difficult to sustain. It is required that you to pull at or above 100% by the end of the work shift, and when you mix that with moving several boxes that usually weigh an average of 20 -70 pounds, it gets difficult to stay moving quickly for an 8-12 hour shift. It is a a young individuals game. Turn over rate in the warehouse is unfortunately very high. Within the training group 8-10 people I was with, all but one other and myself either quit or may have been terminated withing the first 3 months.

Pros

Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

Cons

The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
